As a founding partner and principal designer, Kevin Transue served as the primary creative influence for Kansas City’s premier residential design and construction business, “CHC Design-Build”. Now, Kevin has packaged his experience and enthusiasm and is helping others to explore The Art Of Profitable Design, and the business and technical approaches that makes it so.
Recognized nationally, Kevin's innovative approach to home design, client relationships, and inspiring creations have garnered numerous national, regional, and metropolitan awards, including 10 "Best of Show" awards as well as winning HGTV's prestigious "Faces of Design" contest in the "Design with a Passion" category.
Kevin is also deeply embedded in the “Design/Build” industry, has been certified by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and has served committee positions in NARI's Kansas City metropolitan area chapter.
